The project will be awarded at the Bid Proposal quantities and unit price extensions for Division <br />3 Item No. 21 for 160 SY and Division 3 Item No. 22 for 160 SY. <br />Any adjustments to quantities for the subject pay items described in Addendum No. 1 may be <br />addressed via Change Order during the project, if required, and after the Engineering and <br />Construction staff assess underruns or overruns during the work. <br />The scrivener’s error does not impact the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the total <br />price submitted for Division 3.
