FROM VARIOUS <br /> ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN <br /> DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 1992 <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> Unforeseen conditions have developed since the adoption of <br /> existing budgets which necessitate the transfer of monies to certain <br /> accounts of various departments from adequate surpluses which are <br /> available and not presently needed within other accounts within the <br /> same department. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South. Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I: That the following accounts be adjusted as described <br /> below: <br /> PARK MAINTENANCE FUND <br /> ACCOUNT INCREASE DECREASE <br /> Personal Services $102,500 <br /> Other Services $40,000 <br /> Capital $62,500 <br /> Section II.
