BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 8....q027-90? <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $23, 000 WITHIN ACCOUNTS WITHIN <br /> THE U.D.A.G. FUND OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING REAL PROPERTY <br /> Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br /> In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of <br /> Urban Development Action Grant Reimbursement Funds and to further <br /> the Redevelopment activity of the East Bank Area, certain transfers <br /> are necessary. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $23, 000 is hereby transferred among <br /> accounts within Fund 410 as follows: <br /> Reduce the following: <br /> Description Amount <br /> Colfax Theatre (Acct # 410 . 1002 .460.39 . 82) $23, 000 <br /> Increase the following: <br /> Description Amount <br /> Acquisition Fund (Acct # 410.1002 .460 .41.01) $23, 000 <br /> SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by <br /> the Mayor. <br /> Membe of e Common Council <br />
