White, Lori Hamann Sheila Niezgodski, Jake Teshka Troy Warner Councilmembers Absent: None Agenda: Update: VPA Presenter: Jonathan Jones, Annie Smith, John Martinez Others Present: Dawn Jones, Bob Palmer, Graham Sparks Lisa Horton Annie Smith,Chief Development Officer for the Venues,Parks and Arts Department gave a power point presentation(which can be obtained in the Clerk's office) as it relates to her department and its operations. She gave information on some of the past and present accomplishments of the Venues, Parks and Arts Department as well as outlining some of the goals that the department has for 2020. Jonathan Jones, Director of Recreation for the Venues, Parks and Arts Department used the same presentation to discuss current and upcoming events that will be happening in South Bend. He also mentioned some of the many programs that are targeted towards the youth in South Bend. John Martinez, Director of Facilities and Grounds for the Venues,Parks and Arts Department used the last portion of the same power point presentation to discuss various upcoming local parks that will be reopening now that renovations have been completed. that will be happing in South Bend.
