Jones, Graham Sparks, Bob Palmer <br /> Presenters: Jake Teshka <br /> Agenda: Bill No. 20-03- Resolution to Remind and Inform Residents <br /> of Littering Ordinances and the Dangers of <br /> Releasing Balloons <br /> Committee Chair Troy Warner called to order the Health and Public Safety Committee at 4:00 <br /> p.m. He introduced members of the Committee and proceeded to give the floor to the presenter <br /> Bill No. 20-03- Resolution to Remind and Inform Residents of Littering Ordinances and the <br /> Dangers of Releasing Balloons <br /> Councilmember Jake Teshka,2149 Chesire Drive, South Bend, IN, served as the presenter for this <br /> bill. Councilmember Teshka highlighted the key points of the bill which particularly pertained to <br /> quality of life and the overall environmental stewardship of the community.
