2. All such documents approved and executed by the Director shall be reported to <br />the Commission within a reasonable time following the execution of such documents. <br />3. The authority granted under this Resolution shall continue in effect so long as the <br />Agreement remains in force or until sooner revoked by the Commission. <br />4.
