• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. g3a/- R <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND APPROPRIATING $130,000. 00 FROM THE <br /> UDAG FUND TO BE USED TO DEFRAY ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES <br /> OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Certain funds representing repayment of a UDAG loan are on <br /> deposit in the City' s UDAG Fund ( #410) . In order to defray <br /> administrative expenses of the Department of Economic Development of <br /> the City of South Bend, and in order to assure the efficient and <br /> timely utilization of such funds the Common Council has determined it <br /> necessary to appropriate such funds for such purpose. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I . The sum of $130,000.00 is hereby appropriated from <br /> UDAG Fund ( #410) to be paid to the Department of Economic Development <br /> (Fund #212) for use in its administration budget. <br /> SECTION II. Thiss ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the <br /> Mayor. <br /> Member Of the ommon Council <br />
