APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Mr. Peczkowski asked what the claims to the City of <br />South Bend and The Troyer Group were for. Ms. <br />Laurent responded that she believed they were both for <br />the Michigan Street streetscape. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. King <br />and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the <br />Claims submitted March 28, 2008, and ordered checks <br />to be released <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2441 <br />amending the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />(adding Wayne St, William St., and <br />Western Ave. properties to Acquisition <br />List) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2441 <br />will add nine properties to the Acquisition <br />List of the South Bend Central Development <br />Area Development Plan. Mr. Schalliol noted <br />that the Public Hearing file is complete, <br />containing a copy of Amended Resolution <br />No. 2441, a copy of the Notice of Hearing, <br />affidavits from the South Bend Tribune and <br />Tri-County News that the Notice of Hearing <br />was published in those newspapers on <br />March 14, 2008, a memo from Bill Schalliol <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED MARCH 28, 2008, AND ORDERED <br />THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />
