South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -March 28, 2008 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />D. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />He is pleased with the new <br />SJRMC/Memorial family practice that is <br />planned. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />ZPD+A and the Center for Neighborhood <br />Technologies for the scope of services <br />proposed and a fee of $50,000 plus up to <br />$5,000 in reimbursable expenses, authorizing <br />staff to execute the final contract after legal <br />review. <br />E. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington- <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />F. South Side Development Area <br />There was no business in the South Side <br />Development Area. <br />G. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations <br />for property in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area. (Eddy <br />Street Commons garage) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that in association with <br />and in support of the Eddy Street Commons <br />development in the Northeast Neighborhood, <br />the Commission seeks bidders proposing to <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />ZPD+A AND THE CENTER FOR NEIGHBORHOOD <br />TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />PROPOSED AND A FEE OF $50,000 PLUS UP TO <br />$5,000 IN REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES, <br />AUTHORIZING STAFF TO EXECUTE THE FINAL <br />CONTRACT AFTER LEGAL REVIEW <br />25 <br />
