ORDINANCE NO. PS 7- 93 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF <br /> AND ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE <br /> SCOTTSDALE MALL, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I.
