Also, enclosed are <br /> some proposed specifications for approval by the Board of Public <br /> Works which describe the required safety equipment and devices <br /> more precisely. <br /> In the enclosed version of the proposed ordinance, I <br /> have made all of the changes that we discussed in the Taxicab <br /> Ordinance Review Committee meeting on December 15, 1992. It is <br /> my understanding that you will now file this ordinance with the <br /> Common Council for action on January 11, 1993. This should work <br /> out well since the proposed effective date of this ordinance is <br /> March 1, 1993 .
