Description of Current Area  <br />Our home, 805 Arch Avenue, is at the corner of Arch and River Avenues. Our front yard faces Arch  <br />Avenue, our side yard faces River Avenue, and our backyard faces our driveway, which is behind our  <br />house. The area, which we propose to build a fence, is the side yard to the west of the house, facing  <br />River Avenue, and the west end of our backyard, along the driveway. This area is the side yard visible  <br />from the sunroom of our house and includes a hedge along the sunroom windows. We propose to add a  <br />fence in the side yard and this section of the backyard, the fence would not extend past the front of our  <br />house into the front yard.  <br />  <br />
