Filing of Resolution No. 1821 a supplemental <br />appropriation resolution of the City of South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission for the <br />South Bend Central Development Area and <br />setting a Public Hearing for January 05, 2001 <br />at 10:00 a.m. <br />The Commission accepted for filing Resolution <br />No. 1821 and set a Public Hearing for <br />January 05, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located at <br />619 N. Cushing St. in connection with the <br />Rental Rehab Program. (Leo R. and Cleora <br />Kelsch) <br />Mr. Inks noted that items 6.p, 6.q, 6.r., 6.s, 6.t, <br />6.u, and 6.v are all Certificates of Waiver in <br />connection with the Rental Rehab program. The <br />program consists of a ten year mortgage on the <br />property, in which 10% of the Mortgage <br />principal is waived per year if all conditions of <br />the agreement is met. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the amount to be waived is <br />$750 as of September 18, 2000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of Waiver <br />for property located at 619 N. Cushing St. (Leo <br />R. and Cleora Kelsch) <br />q. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located at <br />617 N. Cushing St. in connection with the <br />Rental Rehab Program.
