Chapter 17, Article 4, of the South Bend Municipal Code <br /> shall be, and hereby is, amended to add a new section, Section 17- <br /> 46 .2, which shall read as follows: <br /> Sec. 17-46.2 Sales for Resale Rates. <br /> Customers such as suburban utilities, reselling water to their <br /> customers, shall incur a surcharge of forty-four percent (44%) <br /> added to the rates and charges of Section 17-45 . <br /> Section V. Chapter 17, Article 4, of the South Bend Municipal Code <br /> shall be, and hereby is, amended to add a new section, Section 17-46 .3 <br /> which shall read as follows: <br /> Sec. 17-46.3 Bulk Sales Charges. <br /> Sales tanker trucks or other bulk users shall be metered or <br /> estimated where metering is not feasible and the rates and <br /> charges of Section 17-45 shall apply except there shall be a <br />
