Maintenance of Vehicles <br />Vic's Towing & Recovery will handle all removals authorized by The City with the upmost respect. All <br />personal property and components within the vehicle shall be kept intact. Vehicles will be returned to <br />the owners in substantially the same conditions as they existed before being towed <br />Bid Proposal Regulirements and Con orm!* <br />15.) Term and Termination <br />Vic's Towing & Recovery agrees to the term and termination outlines. The company agrees to work with <br />the city of South Bend Police Department for the period of one year and that subsequent contact may <br />be renewed under the City's sole discretion in one year increments thereafter. <br />Vic's Towing & Recovery understands and will abide by the RFP outlines for termination of contract, on <br />the part of the company, to address the city in writing and provide notice of one hundred and twenty <br />days so provisions may be made on the part of the city to replace Vic's Towing & Recovery. <br />16.)
