Vic's Towing & Recovery's prices are conveniently located in customer entrance as well as the Formal <br />Complaint Forms <br />Vic's Towing & Recovery's Payment Operations: <br />Once owner obtains required release form from The City of South Bend's Police station, we will <br />ask for a valid Photo I.D. which includes drivers license, passport, or state issued I.D. We shall <br />compare the release form, vehicle registration, and photo I.D. We will make copies of all <br />paperwork for our files. Forms of payment accepted: cash, credit, or debit card as long as card <br />owner is present. Owner will be presented an itemized invoice with charges for payment owner <br />will sign the invoice stating vehicle is paid for and in the state received. Owner will be provided <br />an invoice then escorted to their vehicle. <br />8.)Inspection <br />Vic's Towing & Recovery's owners and team members agree to be available for inspection <br />should The City of South Bend make this request; and subject to random inspections to ensure <br />quality performance. If the city or police desire to inspect any vehicle at towing company's <br />facilities we will provide immediate access to said vehicle <br />Bid I ro osal Reguirements and Conforrnit <br />9.)Assignment <br />• The company as well as all employees understand that it is a breach of contract to assign its <br />rights to any other person or entity without the City's prior written consent. <br />10.) Records <br />• Vic's Towing & Recovery shall maintain separate and accurate records in an easily retrievable <br />manner upon the city's request. <br />• Records that shall always be maintained for ordinary business reasons: <br />o a) Time, date, location of tow, and officer authorizing tow; <br />o b) Make, model, vehicle license registration and VIN number of towed vehicles; <br />o c) Itemized billing and invoicing of basic tow charge, special charges, storage charges, <br />and any vehicle repair charges; <br />o d) Signed release form completed by person claiming the vehicle; or <br />o e) Formal complaint form, if any, or demand letters for vehicle owner reporting any <br />complaints about charges, additional vehicle damage, lost or stolen items or other <br />11 <br />
