Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located at <br />739 Laporte. (Housing Development <br />Corporation, Rental Rehab) <br />Mr. Inks noted that items 6.o, 6.p, 6.q are all <br />Certificates of Waiver in connection with the <br />Rental Rehab program. The program consists of <br />a ten year mortgage on the property, in which <br />10% of the Mortgage principal is waived per <br />year if all conditions of the agreement is met. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the amount to be waived is <br />$1,400 as of May 1, 2000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of Waiver <br />for property located at 739 Laporte.
