Staff report on disposition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. (Lot 4, <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park) <br />Mr. Rock introduced Mr. Panzica, who made the <br />presentation. <br />Mr. Panzica stated, "We faxed a letter over this <br />morning that since you were in Executive <br />Session, you didn't see it.
