The rewards though include increased revenue from <br />the tourist facility and Cafd /Outlet Store and better marketing of our Company that will <br />lead to increased sales. <br />We believe this plan will have an incredible impact to the East Race and to downtown <br />South Bend. For this reason, we will ask the City for $300,000 to move our factory and <br />build this state -of the art tourist facility and Chocolate Museum to drive tourism in the <br />downtown. With the City's help, we believe that this proposal is a viable option for the <br />South Bend Chocolate Company. <br />
