Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1793 approving an application <br />for personal property tax deduction in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Federal -Mogul South Bend, Inc.) <br />Ms. Moran noted that the total taxes due during <br />the abatement is $674,424, the total taxes to be <br />abated is $443,590 and the total taxes paid during <br />the abatement is $230,834. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1793 <br />approving an application for personal property <br />tax deduction in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Federal -Mogul South Bend, <br />Inc.) <br />i.
