(Blackthorn Corporate Park, Lot <br />4P) <br />Mr. Rock explained that the staff has attempted <br />to contact Crescent Michiana Properties on <br />several occasions regarding their plans for this <br />property, but has had no response from the <br />company. He asked that the Commission rescind <br />the proposal and put the land back on the market <br />for sale. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by COMMISSION RESCINDED THE PROPOSAL <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the FOR SALE OF LAND TO CRESCENT <br />MICHIANA PROPERTIES (BLACKTHORN <br />Commission rescinded the proposal for sale of CORPORATE PARK, LOT 4P) <br />land to Crescent Michiana Properties. <br />(Blackthorn Corporate Park, Lot 4P) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1792 approving an application <br />for real property tax deduction in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area.
