Mr. Giulioni stated that the first proposal is for appraisal update work for the River Glen Office Campus that has already been completed for the Commission in the amount of $500. He noted that the update was necessary because the defined boundaries of the property to be acquired have been changed. Mr. Giulioni explained that the second proposal is for appraisal services related to the River Glen Office Expansion in the amount of $2,000. Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the proposal for appraisal update work already completed on the River Glen Office Campus in the South Bend Central Development Area.
