Heintzelman) <br />E Commission approval requested for Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />and Grant Program for property located at <br />617 E. Haney. (Raymond Garcia, Sr. & <br />Jimmie Lou Garcia) <br />Mr. Jon Hunt noted that the loan is in the amount <br />of $6,700.00 to be used for home improvements. <br />The grant amount is $6,121.50. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan Program <br />for property located at 617 E. Haney <br />St.(Raymond Garcia, Sr. & Jimmie Lou Garcia) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1786 approving an application <br />for real property tax deduction for property <br />located at 3815 Ralph Jones Dr. in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Ralph Jones <br />Partners L.P.) <br />Ms. Moran presented the staff report on the <br />project. Ralph Jones Partners L.P. proposes to <br />build a 25,000 sq. ft. build to suit, multi - purpose, <br />single tenant industrial building. The building <br />will be constructed on approximately 3.22 acres <br />of land. The total cost for the building will be an <br />estimated $1,400,000.
