NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Tri- County news in which the Notice of Hearing <br />is published; 4) a statement from Michael <br />Giulioni that on July 18, 2000 he sent a copy of <br />the Notice of Hearing to the affected property <br />owner; and 5) a copy of Resolution No. 1783 <br />which is the subject of the hearing. Mr. Hunt also <br />noted that as of 10:00 a.m., no written <br />remonstrances were received. <br />Mr. Hunt noted the Resolution No 1783 amends <br />the South Bend Central Development Area <br />Development Plan by adding property located at <br />710 N. Niles Ave. to the acquisition list. This is <br />the former Yellow Cab site. <br />Mr. Robert Hunt opened the public hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1783. <br />There being no one who wished to speak, <br />Mr. Hunt closed the public hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution 1783. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1783, <br />Amending the South Bend Central <br />Redevelopment Plan.
