NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />n. continued... <br />Satisfaction of Obligation and Release of COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />Mortgage for the property at 916 South Bend SATISFACTION OF OBLIGATION AND <br />RELEASE OF MORTGAGE FOR THE <br />Ave. PROPERTY AT 916 SOUTH BEND AVE. <br />o. Commission approval requested for Contract <br />for Sale of Land for Private Development in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Charles S. Hayes) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the sale was previously <br />approved and that this is the Contract for the Sale <br />of Land. The purchase price is $1500. <br />Ms. Greene noted that all of the terms and <br />conditions of the agreed upon improvements are <br />listed in the Contract. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONTRACT <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the FOR SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE <br />DEVELOPMENT IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />Commission approved the Contract for Sale of DEVELOPMENT AREA (CHARLES S. HAYES) <br />Land for Private Development in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Charles S. Hayes) <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Inks reported that the staff is attempting to PROGRESS REPORTS <br />get the Commission packets out on Friday, the <br />week before the next meeting. He stated that it <br />may take a while to get to that point, but the staff <br />is working towards it. He also reported that the <br />staff is working on mapping out all of the <br />properties that Redevelopment owns. The <br />property list is being updated and then the <br />properties will be placed on a map. <br />Mr. Inks reported that the staff is reviewing the <br />-20- <br />
