NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />u. continued... <br />Commission approved the request for Mutual <br />Release between the Redevelopment <br />Commission and Mr. Joe Poul. (Legal <br />Department) <br />v. Commission approval requested for <br />Execution of the Leighton Plaza Garage <br />Parking Agreement. <br />Ms. Greene noted that this item was on the <br />May 19, 2000 agenda and was approved at that <br />time. It was placed on the present agenda in <br />error. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Rock reported that Eagle Way is under <br />construction. <br />Mr. Case reported that they are getting very close to <br />constructing another road to open 60 acres. <br />Mr. Inks noted that Alex Koenig has moved to the <br />Community Development Division. His office is <br />now located in the old First Bank Building. <br />8.
