Commission approval requested for Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 2117 Vassar <br />Avenue. (Pamela Buchanan) <br />Ms. Kolata stated that the Grant would be in the <br />amount of $2,327.70 and the Loan would be in <br />the amount of $5,750.00 at 5% interest for <br />Five(5) years, with a monthly payment of <br />$108.51. She also noted that the applicant has <br />been an employee of Steel Warehouse for <br />approximately 12 years. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 2117 Vassar <br />Avenue.
