Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1773 determining to pay <br />certain expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the South Bend <br />Central Allocation Area No. 1A from the <br />South Bend Central Allocation Area No. 1 <br />Special Fund. (South Bend Allocation Area <br />No. 1) <br />Ms. Kolata noted that items 6.j., 6.k., and 6.1. are <br />all similar in that they are Appropriations of <br />Tax Increments and that Public Hearings need to <br />be set for July 07, 2000 on each one. <br />Ms. Kolata noted the amount of each <br />appropriation. The amount to be appropriated by <br />Resolution 1773 for the South Bend Central <br />Development Area is $1,346,717.00. The <br />amount to be appropriated by Resolution 1774 <br />for the Sample -Ewing Development Area, is <br />$421,713.00. The amount to be appropriated by <br />Resolution 1775 for the Airport Economic <br />Development Area, is $1,940,013.00. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1773 <br />determining to pay certain expenses incurred for <br />local public improvements in or serving the <br />South Bend Central Allocation Area No. 1 from <br />the South Bend Central Allocation Area No. 1 <br />15 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1773 DETERMINING TO PAY CERTAIN <br />EXPENSES INCURRED FOR LOCAL <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN OR SERVING <br />THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />ALLOCATION AREA NO. 1 SPECIAL <br />FUND AND TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING <br />TIME OF 10:00 A.M., JULY 07, 2000 <br />(SOUTH BEND ALLOCATION AREA NO. 1) <br />
