NEW BUSINESS (CON'T) <br />d. continued... <br />(15) new permanent full -time jobs in the first <br />year representing an annual payroll of $395,000 <br />and will maintain 492 existing permanent full - <br />time and part-time jobs with an annual payroll of <br />$19,186,900. <br />A review of the tax abatements previously <br />granted finds that the petitioner has been granted <br />several previous real and personal property tax <br />abatements. A review of the petitions finds that <br />the property is properly zoned for the proposed <br />use and that the property is located in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area, which is a <br />Tax Increment Allocation Area. The petitioner is <br />in compliance with the reporting requirements <br />for the previous abatements. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1767 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 2722 West <br />Tucker Drive in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area.
