The landscape plan will be prepared by a registered landscape architect and <br />submitted for review and approval prior to installation. <br />include: <br />Shade trees: 3 -1/2 inch min. caliper <br />Columnar Sugar Maple <br />Callery Pear <br />Evergreen Screen: 5 -6 foot height <br />Techny Arborvitae <br />Ornamental Trees: 2 -1/2 inch min. caliper <br />Flowering Crabapples <br />Shrubs: varies 18" to 36" <br />Dense Yews <br />Spiraea <br />Junipers <br />Vibumums <br />Compact Burningbush <br />Perennials: # 1 container <br />Daylilies <br />Hosta <br />Lawn areas will be either grass seeded or sodded, depending on time of year and weather conditions. Lawn <br />and landscape areas will be irrigated. We hope this clarifies the landscape design.
