NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued.... <br />Using the total estimated project cost of <br />$225,000, the taxes generated over the <br />six -year period will be approximately <br />$68,108. Taxes abated over the six -year <br />period will be approximately $40,032. <br />Taxes still paid with the abatement over <br />the six -year period will be approximately <br />$28,076. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission adopted <br />Resolution No. 1748 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 2102 <br />W. Washington in the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area. (Batteast <br />Warehouse Partnership) <br />c. Filing of Resolution No. 1749 <br />amending the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Plan and setting a public <br />hearing for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, <br />April 28, 2000. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that one property was <br />taken off the acquisition list when the <br />Development Plan was previously <br />amended. There was a problem with the <br />ownership of the property and <br />notification of the owner. <br />This Resolution adds the property at <br />1315 S.
