(Habitat for <br />Humanity) <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1748 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 2102 <br />W. Washington in the West <br />Washington- Chapin Development <br />Area. (Batteast Warehouse <br />Partnership) <br />Cassandra Moran presented the <br />following staff report to the Commission <br />for its consideration. <br />Batteast Warehouse Partnership <br />proposes to build a 12,800 sf steel <br />warehouse. The building will be <br />constructed on approximately 2 acres of <br />land. The building is designed to <br />accommodate small businesses needing <br />space for light manufacturing and light <br />industrial. The total cost for the building <br />will be an estimated $225,000. Batteast <br />Construction Company, Inc: will occupy <br />part of the space, which will allow <br />materials to be stored in a warehouse. <br />511 <br />
