ORDINANCE NO . \ S 2 V -' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 4000 BLOCK OF PORTAGE ROAD, COUNCILMANIC DISTIRICT <br />NO. 1, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH•BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />PARCEL I IS PRESENTLY ZONED "SF1" SINGLE FAMILY AND TWO FAMILY DISTRICT, "ME2" <br />HIGH DENSITY MULTIFAMILY DISTRICT & "OB" OFFICE BUFFER DISTRICT. THE PROPERTY IS <br />REQUESTED TO GO TO THE "OB" OFFICE BUFFER DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR A FINANCIAL <br />INSTITIUTION FACILITY.
