Public Hearing on Resolution No. <br />1737. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following <br />items be entered into the record: <br />Affidavits from the Tri- County News <br />and South Bend Tribune that the <br />Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in those newspapers on <br />IcJanuary 28, 2000, a statement from <br />Ann Kolata that a Notice to Taxing <br />Units Within the South Bend Central <br />Development Area of the City of <br />South Bend was sent to the taxing <br />jurisdictions on February 7, 2000, <br />and a statement from Michael <br />Giulioni that on January 27, 2000, <br />the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />sent to the affected property owners <br />and registered neighborhood <br />associations. As of 10:00 a.m. on <br />February 18, 2000, no written <br />remonstrances were received. <br />Michael Giulioni gave a presentation <br />regarding Resolution No. 1737. <br />-5- <br />
