Ann <br />Kolata stated that the Redevelopment <br />staff will miss both of them. <br />Michael Donoho stated that serving <br />on the Redevelopment Commission <br />has really been a great experience for <br />him. <br />f. Filing of Resolution No. 1741 <br />Amending the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area Development <br />Plan and Setting a Public Hearing <br />on Resolution No. 1747 for 10:00 <br />a.m., on Friday, March 3, 2000. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution <br />No. 1741 amends the Plan by adding <br />three properties to the acquisition <br />list. The first property is owned by <br />Indiana & Michigan Electric <br />Company. This property is a former <br />substation just west of the Standard <br />Surplus building. The acquisition of <br />this particular property is needed as <br />part of the new St. Joseph County <br />Jail located on Sample Street. The <br />second property is a house located at <br />1315 South Fellows. This property <br />needs to be acquired in connection <br />with the road improvements on <br />Fellows Street just north of <br />Broadway. The last property is <br />located at 133 Broadway. The <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />previously considered purchasing <br />this property. A remonstrance was <br />received at that meeting from Kevin <br />Butler, attorney, representing the <br />property owner. The Commission <br />In <br />
