OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add item 6.s. <br />to the agenda. There was no objection and <br />item 6.s. was added to the agenda. <br />a. Commission approved requested for <br />Resolution No. 1734 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for properties at 702, 703 and <br />732 Pennsylvania in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. (American Home <br />Dreams, Inc.) <br />Cassandra Phillips presented the following <br />staff report to the Commission for its <br />consideration. <br />American Home Dreams, Inc. will <br />construct three new homes. The homes <br />will be not less than 1,500 sf each, with up <br />to three bedrooms, 2 % baths, a full <br />finished basement and a one or two car <br />garage. The floor plan also includes a full <br />kitchen with a breakfast nook. The sale <br />price of each home will be around <br />$76,500, and the homes will be available <br />to low and moderate income first -time <br />homebuyers.
