Project Description <br /> <br />John Newlands’ Residence <br />1112 Wayne Street <br />South Bend, IN 46615 <br /> <br /> <br />Our project involves installing pocket-style replacement of 11 second-story windows and six main floor, <br />side windows. <br /> <br />Pella Lifestyle Series wood windows with aluminum-clad exteriors will be utilized. Replacements are <br />double-hung windows with traditional-style grilles in top sash, matching the look and color of the <br />original windows. Pella Lifestyle Series windows have a traditional look and will be installed to match <br />the home’s other windows <br /> <br />Current windows are needing replaced, due to most not opening/operating properly, many missing <br />screens and some with broken glass. The Pella Lifestyle Series windows carry a limited lifetime <br />warranty, which covers the three main parts of the window: the wood as a material, the exterior <br />aluminum cladding, and the dual pane, sealed glass.
