South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 17, 1999 <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 743 N. Blaine. (Housing <br />Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Waiver <br />forgives $750.00 as of October 1, 1999. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at 743 <br />N. Blaine. (Housing Development <br />Corporation) <br />u. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Envirocorp, Inc. for <br />professional services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Oliver Plow <br />Works) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that nine wells need to <br />be sampled at the Oliver Plow Works site. <br />The proposal received from Envirocorp, <br />Inc. was in the amount of $2,500.00. The <br />staff recommends accepting the proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Envirocorp, Inc. in the amount of <br />$2,500.00 for professional services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Oliver Plow Works) <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the closing with <br />C, -22- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE OF <br />WAIVER IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENTAL <br />REHAB LOAN PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY AT 743 N. <br />BLAINE. (HOUSING DEVELOPMENT <br />CORPORATION) <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />ENVIROCORP, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,500.00 <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE SAMPLE - <br />EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA. (OLIVER PLOW <br />WORKS) <br />
