South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 17, 1999 <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission revoked its acceptance of <br />the proposal from A.C. Rich & Company, <br />Inc. and directed the staff to notify Mr. <br />Boocher to cease using the property for <br />parking and to immediately remove all <br />materials from the property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />s. Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Obligation and Release <br />of Mortgage in connection with the <br />property at 235 East Fox Street. <br />(Alfonso Cardenas and Northern Oak <br />Homes, Inc.) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Alfonso Cardenas <br />and Northern Oak Homes, Inc. have <br />received all of the Waivers of the 10 -year <br />Rental Rehab Loan Program with the <br />exception of 1995. In order to release the <br />mortgage, a balance of $850.00 was <br />payable by Alfonso Cardenas and <br />Northern Oak Homes, Inc. regarding the <br />property at 235 E. Fox Street. The check <br />was received on 12/7/99 for $850.00 <br />payable to the City of South Bend/Bureau <br />of Housing. They have now met all <br />requirements of the loan. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Satisfaction <br />of Obligations and Release of Mortgage in <br />connection with the property at 235 E. Fox <br />Street. (Alfonso Cardenas and Northern <br />Oak Homes, Inc.) <br />t. Commission approval requested for <br />C -21- <br />DIRECTED THE STAFF TO NOTIFY MR. BOOCHER <br />TO CEASE USING THE PROPERTY FOR PARKING <br />AND TO IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ALL MATERIALS <br />FROM THE PROPERTY IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE SATISFACTION OF <br />OBLIGATIONS AND RELEASE OF MORTGAGE IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE PROPERTY AT 235 E.
