South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 17, 1999 <br />Stone Real Estate Group for property in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area, Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />and Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Amendment #2 to <br />the Listing Contract with Stone Group is <br />in connection with the Airport Economic <br />Development Area, Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area and South Bend <br />Central Development Area. The <br />Amendment amends Paragraph 2 of the <br />Listing Contract to extend the term for an <br />additional 24 -month period. The new <br />termination date is December 31, 2001. <br />The amendment also increases the <br />minimum broker's fee for property in the <br />Studebaker Corridor from $3,000 to <br />$4,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Amendment <br />to Listing Contract with Stone Real Estate <br />Group for property in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area, Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area and Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />n. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services for <br />property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessment: <br />German Township) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessment of <br />-16- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE AMENDMENT TO <br />LISTING CONTRACT WITH STONE REAL ESTATE <br />GROUP FOR PROPERTY IN THE SOUTH BEND <br />CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA, SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA AND AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
