South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 17, 1999 <br />improvements in or serving the South <br />Bend Central Allocation Area (South <br />Bend Allocation Area No. 1A) from the <br />South Bend Central Allocation Area <br />(South Bend Allocation Area No. 1A) <br />Special Fund. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution No. <br />1728 states the Commission's intent to <br />appropriate $1,860,000 to pay expenses <br />incurred for local public improvements in <br />or serving the Sample -Ewing Allocation <br />Area and sets a public hearing for January <br />7, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1728 of the Redevelopment Commission <br />determining its intent to pay certain <br />expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the South <br />Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. IA) from the South <br />Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. 1 A) Special Fund. <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1729 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Marco Mariani, Neighborhood Planner, <br />stated that the properties being transferred <br />are in connection with American Home <br />Dreams, Inc.'s project in the southeast <br />neighborhood. <br />The properties will be transferred to the <br />-14- <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1728 OF <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />DETERMINING ITS INTENT TO PAY CERTAIN <br />EXPENSES INCURRED FOR LOCAL PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS IN OR SERVING THE SOUTH BEND <br />CENTRAL ALLOCATION AREA (SOUTH BEND <br />ALLOCATION AREA NO.
