1520-1522 Ottawa Ct South Bend IN <br /> <br />The home is in good condition. The aluminum siding on the bottom portion of the home, we <br />are wanting to wash and paint with a dark blue color. The upper half of the home is sided with <br />asphalt siding in which we are going to replace with a similar siding. Windows are currently a <br />single pane window on the north side of the home which we want to replace with double pane <br />vinyl window to match the south side of the home. The roof currently has one layer of shingles <br />so we are looking to overlay with the same type shingles. We will also be adding gutters to the <br />home to prevent any damage to the foundation. We will also repair the garage door, paint and <br />roof the garage as well to match house. <br /> <br /> Replacement siding for upper portion of home above the aluminum siding. Will remove old <br />siding and replace with new. (Materials purchase from Home Depot) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Shingles for Roof- overlay current roofing materials. (Materials purchase from Home Depot) <br /> <br />
