APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />619 BLACKTHORN <br />Meadowbrook Golf Group, Inc. $7,500.00 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the OCTOBER 15, 1999 AND ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted RELEASED <br />October 15, 1999, and ordered the checks to <br />be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />Owen Rock stated that a Letter -of- <br />Notification of Resignation was received <br />from Tom Miller of the West <br />Washington- Chapin Design Review <br />Committee. Mr. Miller stated in his <br />letter that he plans to resign from the <br />West Washington- Chapin Design <br />Review Committee. The <br />Redevelopment Commission recognized <br />Tom Miller's letter -of- resignation and <br />stated that it appreciates Mr. Miller's <br />tenure on the Design Review <br />Committee. <br />The Commission will consider at a <br />future meeting the person recommended <br />by the neighborhood organization to <br />replace Tom Miller. <br />5.
