NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1708 <br />approving an application for personal <br />property tax deduction for property on <br />West Cleveland Road (as more <br />particularly described on the Legal <br />Description and Building Site Plan) in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Adapto- Indiana, Inc.) <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1709 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property at 1215 South <br />Walnut Street in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. (Steel Warehouse <br />Co. Inc. in care of Lock Joint Tube, <br />Inc.) <br />Lock Joint Tube, Inc./KeyCorp Capital <br />Leasing/Steel Warehouse Co. Inc./LJT No. <br />1, LLC is a manufacturer of commercial <br />steel tubing used in a variety of industries, <br />including automotive, office furniture, <br />store fixtures, health care and exercise <br />equipment. The project calls for the <br />construction of a 30,000 sf. building <br />addition to the facility on South Walnut <br />Street.
