NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />d. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposals <br />from R.E. Pitts and Associates in the <br />amount of $1,500.00 and Douglas L. <br />Carpenter in the amount of $325.00 to <br />appraise the property at 53011 Olive Road <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Monitoring the Construction of the <br />Mitigation Wetland Area at the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the proposal was <br />received from J.F. New & Associates, Inc. <br />in the amount of $7,100.00 to monitor the <br />construction of the mitigation wetland area <br />at the Blackthorn Corporate Park and <br />monitor the mitigation wetland for five <br />years following construction and planting. <br />She also stated that Redevelopment is <br />conducting grading work for two, small, <br />natural wetlands, which will be expanded <br />into a five -acre wetland in the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park. It is anticipated that the <br />planting will take place in May of 2000. <br />-10- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSALS FROM <br />R.E. PITTS AND ASSOCIATES IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$1,500.00 AND DOUGLAS L. CARPENTER IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $325.00 TO APPRAISE THE PROPERTY <br />AT 53011 OLIVE ROAD IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
