NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />d. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Contract for Sale of Land with Rollins <br />Truck Leasing Corporation for purchase <br />of the 6.77 acres in the U.S. 31 Industrial <br />Park. <br />Staff report on disposition of property <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Mr. Case presented the following staff <br />report to the Commission for its <br />consideration. <br />Welsh, Inc. submitted a proposal to <br />purchase and develop the land adjacent <br />to and east of its existing property at the <br />corner of Brick Road and Ameritech <br />Drive. The property is commonly <br />known as Lots 1 and 2A in the U.S. 31 <br />Industrial Park Subdivision. <br />The proposed purchase price is $339,000 <br />for the 3.39 acre site. Welsh proposes to <br />develop a fast food restaurant and truck <br />parking lot to be used by both the <br />restaurant and existing service station <br />adjacent to the site. <br />Welsh, Inc. submitted a schedule of <br />construction which included immediate <br />construction of the truck parking lot and <br />completion of the restaurant in 24 to 36 <br />months. <br />0 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONTRACT FOR <br />SALE OF LAND WITH ROLLINS TRUCK LEASING <br />CORPORATION FOR PURCHASE OF THE 6.77 ACRES <br />IN THE U.S. 31 INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />
