NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />z. continued... <br />Ms. Schwartz stated that the Commission <br />will not be expected to reimburse any <br />costs which Deluxe Sheet Metal incurs in <br />order to prepare the site for development if <br />the project does not come to fruition. She <br />also stated that if the performance <br />requirements are not met by Deluxe Sheet <br />Metal, the Commission reserves the right <br />to take back the 17.74 parcel of land, and <br />the Commission will not be expected to <br />reimburse Deluxe Sheet Metal for <br />expenses it incurred. <br />Kevin Smith stated that Deluxe Sheet <br />Metal understands the Commission's <br />position and does not expect <br />reimbursement, should the project not <br />come to fruition. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Kevin M.
