NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />j. continued... <br />Airport Economic Development <br />Allocation Area No. 1. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Faccenda and <br />unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1701 determining tax <br />increment need to satisfy <br />obligations of the Commission <br />regarding the Airport Economic <br />Development Allocation Area No. <br />1) <br />k. Commission approval requested <br />for Resolution No. 1702 <br />approving an application for real <br />property tax deduction for <br />property at 3801 Voorde Drive in <br />the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Koontz - <br />Wagner Electric Company, Inc.) <br />Mike Beitzinger presented the <br />following staff report to the <br />Commission for its consideration. <br />Koontz - Wagner Electric Company, <br />Inc. has offered complete electrical <br />services to its customers for over <br />75 years. The corporate office and <br />main plant are located in a 76,000 <br />sq ft facility at 3801 Voorde Drive, <br />South Bend, Indiana.
