South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - July 2, 1999 <br />5. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Re- assignment & Subordination to a <br />Mortgage for the property at 619 N. <br />Sherman. <br />Mary Beth Thompson, Assistant <br />Director of the Bureau of Housing, <br />stated that the house at 619 N. <br />Sherman has passed all previous <br />inspections. The request by the <br />purchaser is for both a re- assignment <br />and subordination. There are three <br />years of forgiveness remaining on the <br />property. She also stated that there are <br />no violations on the property <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />AdON seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Re- assignment & <br />Subordination to a Mortgage for the <br />property at 619 N. Sherman. <br />g. Commission authorization requested <br />to extend utilities in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Jon Hunt stated that the three <br />proposals received were from HRP <br />Construction in the amount of $15,838, <br />Niezgodski Plumbing, Inc. in the <br />amount of $14,200 and Underground <br />Services in the amount of $10,600. <br />Owen Rock stated that a 40,000 sf, <br />warehouse distribution company will <br />be developed on Olive Road and water <br />lines need to be installed to provide <br />C; HAWPDATMCOMMSM070299.MIN -13- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE RE- ASSIGNMENT & <br />SUBORDINATION TO A MORTGAGE FOR THE <br />PROPERTY AT 619 N.
