Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1687 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property at 4245 <br />Meghan Beeler Court in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Robert <br />M. Wilcox) <br />Nancy Van Scoyk presented the <br />following staff report to the <br />Commission for its consideration. <br />Robert M. Wilcox proposes to construct <br />a 12,000 sq ft building in the West <br />Cleveland Road Industrial Park. The <br />estimated cost of construction is <br />between $450,000 and $550,000. <br />Michiana Micro Inc. supplies custom IT <br />systems to large corporations and small <br />to medium size businesses.
